well, let me tell u something about these sugar free products. they mostly contain sweeteners which r even hurting our body more than normal sugar. especially aspartame which even leads to cancer. sweeteners kill ur body more than normal sugar..so try to switch to natural sugar that s actually IN the food. a sugar free lifestyle gives u more power bcs sugar only gets u addicted to it anyway..it s very bad for us....but yeah, it s a big industry hehe

splenda is baddddd makes you crave food. have organic or brown sugar.

nuts are great.brazil nuts,almonds,walnuts are the best! seriously they are great calories and keep you full.tuna also.tuna iin spring water is awesome

You should try making some green smoothies. Great way to get some spinach in and lots of fruits. I use 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 banana, 2 leaves of romaine and a handful of spinach with 8oz of water. I've had all my servings of fruits and veggies in one drink.

I love that you are keeping us posted on this journey. But I am curious...he didn't mention anything about protein?? You have a few things there with protein (high) the rice, the milk for your cereal; possibly the cereal and the spinach. Protein is very important in weight loss. I hope he adds it into your diet as you go along. Good luck and God bless!
