Hello! We asked the good people at Balance Me and this is what they told us, we hope it helps: yes, you can use it on dry patches on your face. Be careful when applying around the eye area as the Super Moisturising hand cream is rich in essential oils which will may aggravate eyes if they come in contact. If you suffer from dry skin on your face, you might want to give a try to our radiance face oil or stellar face balm which are design for the delicate skin on the face.
