Since the season began, "The Association: Brooklyn Nets" has followed the plight of MarShon Brooks. Though he's in his second year with the team, he was still considered a rookie by locker room law because he didn't play a full 82 games during the shortened 2012 season. So he was being treated just like the Nets' other rookies, still performing all the required duties for the first 16 games of this season. But this week marked a turning point for Brooks. On Tuesday, the Nets faced the Thunder in Brooklyn's 17th game - and MarShon's first as a veteran.
