@pdaparts hi i have aproblem with my dsi, when ever i turn it on the screens flash and the unit turns off. would i be able to use this guide to fix that?

My dsi's top screen is cracked. my touch screen is kind of weird too. when i go to the picture menu, I cannot look at any pictures. it will swipe from side to side, but when i tap on a picture, it just freezes, but the background music still plays. any ideas?

Thank you so much for this video! Seems like half of the DSi repair videos are pranks. I'm trying to fix one right now that turns on and flickers off in a half second...there are good videos on this problem for a DS Lite, but I'm not yet sure where they are in the DSi. Would you happen to know about this? It seems like a common problem. Thanks again!

@SnipingIsAddictive That depends it the touch part is not working then yes but if you have no image you need an LCD.

the mesh stuff covering my speaker isent there on one of the speakers how can i fix that?

@carlocavaliere No. Because you have to remove the bottom in order to feed the top screen ribbon cable up and out. Watch the entire video and follow all the steps.
