  • ..."They speak of real places...and beliefs..etc."

    Wow!..compelling evidence....Laughable logic...

Spider-Man comic books speak of New York, a real place, therefore Spider-Man must be real.....LOL

  • It is unfair that Ehrman is always asked to answer the questions first, and that there is no formal rebuttal time.

  • When asking whether the gospels are reliable, someone should ask Evans what his thoughts are as to why the Bible says Judas died two different ways.

  • I would feel sorry for Evans for being owned so badly, but his arguments are not addressing the question asked. He is deceptive by his non-responsiveness.

  • A classic strawman argument from Evans here.

  • @TheAmericanforJesus

    Thank you Captain Obvious!...

  • @MATZAMAN76 HAHA You do realize the mentioning of these "real places" help archaeologists who dig over in Israel and Palestine know where to dig? That's why he mentions that tidbit.

  • agument - blablba - argument, questions - no answers, blablabla - I really have problems listen to this, or at least to the half of it.

  • @55k3v1n He sticks to the NT b/c he has studied it for over 30 years. Next time, debate the arguments and do not attack the person.

  • @4:12, Evans' third point - that the gospels speak of real people, places, and events. So does 'The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn', by Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens). He speaks of the 'real' Mississippi River....therefore, Tom Sawyer and his pal Huck were 'real'. His 'point', has no point.
