@tobieapb my company have muller (8 pockets + 1 cover pocket).
small book on duplo max. speed is 4200 we have same problem of cutting too. and I find out, my machine can't work collating and stitching same time, my master said this machine motor was break down

will you post more video for this duplo?
my top speed is 8800 collating and 3610 stitching.
any tips to run stitching to 5000 per hour?
did you see newest duplo 6000?

@totoro3000 in the next couple of days I might add a video or two of this machine stitching over 4,000 an hour (no sure what top speed I'll get). To do this I'll set the job for No trimming. Let's see how it runs

The only problem that we've had is that it does not function properly at speeds beyond 3,800 booklets per hour, (it skips or cuts incorrectly).
Other problems arise if it is not aligned properly to the rest of the machine.
Ours is close to half a million cuts and haven't had to replace anything yet.
If your production is over 150k books per month you may need a true saddle stitcher (Muller Martini, Vijuk, Best Osako). Apart of all other benefits the 3 way trimmers are way sturdier.
