One of the new "contact" moves I have been playing with. I call it the "vertical arm stall." But you all know how bad I am with naming things! lol
First part is a demo of some variants. Next is a slow mo part. Finally I do my best to explain it.

Thank you!! I've been trying to play with stalls from what I've seen other hoopers doing, but there's a lack of tutorials (that I can find!). Any chance of a tutorial for the shoulder stall you were using as an example around 1:41? I've been playing with that to no avail. Or maybe I just need more practice. :)
