What the fuck with "soaring population"??
China's population growth is on par with Western Europe, Japan and Russia...... meaning it's population growth is VERY low....... due to the strict population control measures......
In fact it's been suggested that sometime within a generation or so China may well have to lure immigrants.....

@TheGallows32 How many of them are in operation? Just because some guy in India had the idea, it doesn't mean that there's been much progress or implementation.
