I done the winter semestre, and would definately recommend it to anyone that has tried all the other Wisdom teachings, like I had done previously. This is an intensive course with easy to follow videos, presented by friendly members of Bnei Baruch. This course is just the beginning of a long and enjoyable spiritual journey!!

First, I don't find the annotations irritating. I think they're humorous.

Second, I enjoyed studying during the Winter course. Stress and distress can force a person to question the meaning of one's life, but so can boredom. (Maybe boredom is stressful.) I questioned why God let certain things happen to me.

I appreciate the course for shining the light in a scientific manner. The light gives me confidence. This confidence can then be applied to deal with perceived pleasures and pains.
