@799275 You are dumb
-
Sensei Warren Levi = God. I love you man
-
this may be hard to explain but I can't pull my toes back like other people can, and usually when I do a side kick I strike with both heel and ball of foot, is this normal.
-
Nice looking kekomi. He makes it all look so easy.
-
great form,keep up the good work.

Sensei Levi, i think did a text book quality Yoko Geri Kekomi. it was a very nice looking Yoko Geri Kekomi. I also liked how he showed respect by bowing. Great chamber and flexability, it makes mine look childish. Osu.

@shadowsteve yes, i agree. beginners should not do jodan when kicking until they have advanced to intermediate level. Aiming to the rib or to the hip will seve them better in the long run in self defence on the streets. jodan level kicks are good mostly for kata or tournaments.
-
@ubekjebany giving your leading foot a full 180 degree turn helps increase how flexibly you can move the kicking back leg meaning you can snap the knee later for more power
-
Nice looking technique but i think you should not twist so much the foot on the ground
this is good technique, well done.
N.B. beginners do not try and execute the technique head height (jodan) to start with, aim more at the rib area (chudan height) and then as your flexibility increases try and aim the kick higher.
thanks for the upload!
