    It couldn't have worked out better, Richard needled the heckler (unintentionally!), heckler got upset & got chucked out, just what everyone wanted. Bait the hecklers, crank 'em up by taking the piss out of them, get them to lose their temper & then you've won. If you ever saw Bernard Manning in a night club, that's what he would do, goad someone till they would explode & then the bouncers would take over. They couldn't see it coming!
