It's interesting how most of these great musicians are at their absolute peaks when playing with Zorn, or more precisely Zorn's repertoire. I got to see Marc Ribot live a few months ago and although it was a good concert and he's a very skilled guitar player, it didn't have the impact on me as he does by playing Zorn's stuff. I mean, not even close.
Zorn is an absolute genious and Electric Masada is without a doubt one of his most astonishing ensembles.

I'd have to say that without a doubt in my mind, that ribot is the most TASTEFUL guitarist I've ever heard, and probably instrumentalist, Electric Masada's recordings all exhibit this fact.
