Looks like Sae is much easier on the PS2 version (then again, you are doing Hard rather than Nightmare mode). But you're only using type-90 film and, using a power-up lens (I can't tell which one), and managed to take more than half her life in one Fatal Frame. When I was fighting her in Fatal mode, it took me 3 separate Fatal Frame combos with type-zero film AND the Crush power-up lens to beat her. >.<

@armybro8 I got the Xbox version the other day, so I'm hoping to fight her on Fatal at some point, yes. We'll see. Really, she's no harder with Type-07 anyway.

@MrFendkg287316 What film type are you using? It sounds silly, but I think it makes a slight difference... I never ever get it when I use type-07, but I've never missed with type-90. Just equip your T-90, and step really slowly bit by bit towards her with the camera up. You'll get it eventually.
