On Sunday August 10, 2008 crew mwmbwrs of Titan Salvage took another huge piece from the New Carissa on the North Spit of Coos Bay/North Bend. Extremely large and just as stubborn, this piece, on thr right side, closest to the viewer, took roughly 40 minutes for the talented crane operator to dislodge. The voice-over was a description that was being given to a friend on the phone. I wasn't sure it could be heard. Since it was, I left it in.

  • awesome vid!!

  • Great video - just for the record, all the work Titan is doing is on the stern section. The forward 3/4ths of the ship was towed away and scuttled years ago, soon after she went aground
