Controllers frusterating you? This might help.

...

...Okay so it is pretty useless. (In my eyes.) But it's a sample of things to come...

...And it's not what you think it is.

  • I fail so you don't have to?

    I'm not this terrible.

  • Ah, so thats how you climb down.

  • Really, if you watch the demo of the game, you could learn some of the moves. And if you watch the demo, you can figure out how to do some of the moves.

  • I'm sorry, but I thought how you had to redo the cutter room about five times was really funny.

  • I had to redo the crusher at Level 3 about 4 times.

The good news is, this hardly happens anymore.

  • hey, the deaths are less gory than other conversions, the prince doesn't bleed at all.

  • He doesnt suck, you ignorant bastard. He was just demonstrating the aspect of the tutorials and what would happen.

  • Actually I find the controls tutorial "And training stages as well" as the best way to introduce the player to the game's mechanics. Shame it has been forever replaced with in-games pop-ups that are a little less annoying than Navi...

    ...

    HEY! LISTEN!

  • For those who really have trouble with the jumping, just remember: The Prince needs at least 2.5 tiles in front of him to execute a running jump from a standstill (2 if you use the running back and forth trick). Either mash the B button or hold up + direction (like you would in the original, DOS version) to guarantee your jump will execute. You can hold almost any button to grab a ledge, meaning you can play this game entirely with one button (the tiptoe button) and the directional pad.

  • Fun that the SNES version has better graphics and music than the original PC version did.

  • Good Tutorial.

    Five stars

    Bye...

  • you know the easiest way is 2 run-jump through choppers
