That's what you get when one layer of the society has everything and another layer of the society is poor. It's a result of unequal distribution of resources in the country that was practiced during the rule of apartheid. This is not because blacks are genetically predisposed to crime. It's because the authorities at a certain crucial moment didn't create equal conditions for receiving education to all people.

I dont see a problem with this. Its not white people beating a black thief. Wrong is wrong. Hit the fucker some more. Chop his hands off or some shit.
