Only your gameplay videos are 2 in 1, gameplay video and educational tv.
:)
Love this game, bad at it, but still love it.
One of the best reasons to own an Amiga back in the day.

You can rescue some of those co-pilots during the campaign.
Thankfully, the Mega Drive version didn't have that annoying warning sound though! :D
-
@veenparkiet it's okay, I didn't cry... much. Just be nice :)
Can't promise when but there will be more Mount and Blade.

@Polaventris glad you liked it :)

Sweet game! I played this a lot back then. Bit tough to control but it was so satisfying to blow up everything and mow down the little running guys with the machinegun. Thanks for the video!
-
@veenparkiet WELL SINCE YOU ASKED NICELY!!!!
I'll play it when I want to play it. In the meantime you're free to go fuck yourself :)
-
WE WANT FUCKING MOUNT AND BLADE!!!

@laffer35 never saw the PC version, although I did play the megadrive version of Jungle Strike very briefly.
I just looked up the Jungle Strike PC intro. It looks like a something from the low end of what comes out of 1st year media students. Terrible acting, dodgy accents, badly paced, the very white and yet apparently Arabic terrorists and for some reason the dramatic zoom in on the hero focuses on his ear. Brilliant. They should show that in film school as an example of doing it wrong.

This is such a great game, one of my favourite games back then!
I still find it highly enjoyable, really nice gameplay.
By the way, did you look at the PC version of this, and the sequel, Jungle Strike?
They suck in comparison, because of the really lame sound effects and music... but at least one of them (Jungle Strike) has a CD-ROM version with a *very* cheesy FMV intro.
-
@fleetwoodsucks no never heard of it. Looks cool but I can't see the similarity to the Strike games.

lol world war iv, two world wars at once :D
I use to love this game back in the day. It got a bit silly with some of the later ones on the mega drive but the playstation ones were great.
Have you played future cop lapd? Its was intended to be a new "strike" game. its on the playstation and pc, its excellent on two player.
The game makers knew that players would insult the MIA's, so added the tapping toes to get back at the player and show the MIA's were thankful for being saved but annoyed at how you spoke to them! :)

@HardWarUK ah, pre-emptive sarcastic responses. I like the way they think.

this game looks cool as hell, i love old games with tiny people for some reason... maybe because it represents a focus on giving you a full screen of gameplay rather than big character sprites in these limited resolutions. i also enjoyed youtube user jefmajor's let's play of "it came from the desert" for the same reason

@psionicman yeah I like the tiny pixel people too. It's amazing how we can see so much humanity in a 6x6 block of pixels.

Hellfires were made for destruction of soviet tanks :p Fire and forget missiles.
you are probably confusing them with sidewinders.
hydras are rockets, non guided, till actually the last couple of years when semi guided rockets started appearing on NATO arsenal.
Trusteft 3 months ago
@Trusteft ah interesting. I think I was confusing them with the third weapon type in Zeewolf, which is an air to air homing missile so that's probably a sidewinder.
