YOU GUYS ROCK! You make a super cool team. As your other recipes, i also liked this recipe a lot. Looks like it is mangoes' season now, they are available for 5 for a dollar. I bought 10 this morning, used them instead of pulp, whipped fresh cream and made this icecream today. :):) Its awwwesome. I added few almond slivers and just only a drop of rose essence and as well. Thanks lot - indeed to Vani - too. :)

Do everything the same but mix it in a mixer.. slowly, then add a cup of crushed dry ice. It will freeze to the right consistency in less than a minute.

Kool Whip has chemicals..I use egg, cream, honey, fruit, mix well.. in glass to freezer..once inch around sides..blend together..repeat till consistency is creaming..like ice cream..which is..yummy and no man made products..not into supporting the big man. I eat only what I make and chicken eggs..and real milk..no meat..poor animals.
