  • @honeiilove7 Hi, all I did was cut down on my portion size. I am not lying, I was starving for the first couple of days, then my appetite did adjust and it was not a struggle any more. I ate a lot of veggies, fish and baked chicken. I also ate a lot of fruit. I made little containers of sacks of fruits and veggies so that I will not binge on my kids unhealthy snacks. I also worked out 2x a day for about 1 hour (in the morning and at night before bed).

  • Congratulations on keeping the weight off, I have not had much success with keeping the pounds off. But I'm starting over again until I succeed.

  • @drksista81 Gurl think I started over about 50 times before I got it right. All it takes is dedication (something I had a very hard time with. I would start off good then stop and gain it back.) am I will cheer you on. You have a heavy load gurl with school and everything so I know I is very hard.
