1/2 half of chinese broccoli (cleaned and chopped)
1.5 TBSP Oyster Sauce
3 smashed cloves of garlic

  • Hey, Thanks for watching! yes usually people blanch them first but i found that if you cut it to smaller pieces and cook in a hot wok, they turn out just fine and tender. Please sub! thanks
