HL2 Combine Guard and Hunter Color Broken (ft. Scanner-Life)

My Hunter and Combine Guard's color is broken. The Combine Guard's goggles are gray instead of yellow or red, and the Hunter is missing it's blueish-green color. I need help with this. I can't make another Scanner-Life or Combine Rampage without it (although I can make Combine Rampage, but without the guards or hunter)! So I need your help to fix this problem. Please help me! I'll owe you.

Ok so mine is normal, a few friends had it changed as well, but i think adjusting advanced video settings might help out. :D

@MegaSean45 KK. Quick suggestion, Go to video setting, click advanced, and turn everything up to the max setting. When i downloaded gmod on my W7 everything was set pretty low. Just turn your graphics as high as possible, test things out, then adjust it to a good setting. This might fix it.

@SuperMutantSpaceCat Well I have to say, I had this problem when I was on Windows XP. Some of my old videos had this problem too, when I switched to Windows Vista the problem was gone, and here we are at Windows 7 with the problem again. If you have friends who play HL2 and have Windows 7, ask them if they have that problem too. I'll do the same, and maybe Valve might find a way to fix it. I'm gonna try to contact them and see if they can do something about it.

@MegaSean45 oh :/. You can try looking for a hunter NPC and it might come with the original textures. I think the problem is that no light is reflecting, that it's a light issue. Check and see if it's a new issue for everyone or if it's just windows 7, or if you have a tech problem.
