This is a fursuit version of "Shades of Sandy".
Sandy Stone is one of the characters of Barry Humphries (though perhaps less well-known as Dame Edna Everage and Sir Les Patterson). He's a quiet, retiring character, whose monologues meander through various highly-detailed but often trivial details of his life (and later death). He lived in Australian suburbia, in the Melbourne suburb of Glen Iris, before Humphries killed him off in his sleep in 1971 (after which he hung around as a ghostly presence).
In 1990, Barry Humphries published the Sandy monologues to that date as "The Life and Death of Sandy Stone", which is out of print but can still be picked up through second-hand book dealers. The video here is a highly abridged version of one of these scripts - this particular one being quite lengthy, and probably three or four times as long in full.
