Emergency Broadcast System

A "what-if" dramatization I put together where the Emergency Broadcast System is activated. The commercial is the classic "Hilltop" Coca-Cola ad from 1971. The Test Card is a recreation of the one used in the 1978 film "Dawn of the Dead" (and the reason why it reads "Network" instead of "System"). The audio is a highly edited version of the Office of Civil Defense's 1968 "In time of emergency" radio spots. I made this video for educational purposes.

@Buster21ish Not really, the audio comes from two different Radio Advertisements the Government made in 1968 telling people what to do if an emergency were to occur, I edited the audio so that it sounds like an emergency was actually occurring.

Is this a simulation of how a TV station might have reacted that time in the early 1970s when the " Real Thing " message was transmitted by mistake instead of the E.B.S.Test Message? Actually, Coca Cola's slogan in the 1970s is that it was " The Real Thing " !
