Achieve a Flawless Complexion ♨ Cod Liver Oil

This is my review of Cod Liver Oil as a skin care related supplement.

For some reason, I focus on the potential side effects, and fail to emphasize how great Cod Liver Oil is for the skin and hair.

Due to the high amounts of Vitamin A, cod liver oil has the benefits of clearing up your skin, eliminating pesky breakouts, and leaving your skin looking moist, dewy and conditioned. Really, I cannot speak highly enough of this product.

Of course, the interactions of the Vitamin E in the oil are essential for great skin, hair, and nails.

The specific product I used was Arctic Cod Liver Oil from a company called Nordic Naturals. I bought it online. It is not necessary to use this one (of course), but it is the only one I have tried.

Honestly, If you are someone who wants to improve the quality, softness and shine of your hair... go for this supplement.

If you are someone who wants to eliminate the occasional breakout or are a sufferer of moderate acne... go for this supplement.

From the research I conducted, it is not essential to take this every day (unless you want to)...it is just a good healthy-life supplement. FYI, You keep it in your refrigerator.

I have oily skin so is it a good idea to use this or will it make my skin terribly oilier? 2. I have acne and so are you saying it will help with that or make it go away?? Thankyou :)

@EDHxoxo Hello. Yes, it will help with acne/blemishes/breakouts. Also, it shouldn't make your skin noticeably more oily (maybe temporarily, but I never noticed this). Still, for the benefits you get it is worth it in my opinion.
