Amazing anvil crawlers!!! Thanks for sharing!!

I like the way the thunder from anvil crawlers sound. Sounds like booming rather then a rumble which is what you get from a cloud to ground strike.

Thanks, StormyGirl! Appreciate you watching and commenting! Crawlers are my favorite form of lightning. May get some mid week (hope so!!).

Big, sloppy Puggy kisses have got to be the BEST! LOL I love thunder and lightning, it's the hail and high winds I can do without - especially with no dang basements in our part of Tornado Alley (one of my pet peeves GRRR). Thanks for writing back! (((HUGS))) and love to y'all. =]

I'm sorry you missed this one, it was spectacular! A lone supercell popped off the boundry left over from earlier convection, and it was a stunner! The lightning was out of this world!! Thanks for watching and commenting! Hope to see you back in the Alley soon!

Fantastic , we dont get anything as spectacular as that ever, but i was in France once and it was unreal , the lightening lit up the entire coastline of Spain from the hill we were on, anvil crawlers , what a name , if i was where you live i would be the same i think its a real way of putting us mortals in place , thanks very much for the share XD Cathy
