On a four-stroke, this would be a bad thing. On a two-stroke, not so much. Just make sure you're using the proper fuel mixture and you should be OK; carbon buildup is a fact of life for two-stroke engines, unfortunately. To diagnose your noise, remove the clutch and then try; if the noise persists, you might want to tear that motor down and check your bearings to make sure none of them are burning or seized.

How much oil do you mix in the fuel? Maybe your putting too much. . . That bearing definitely sounds bad.

@TheTarrMan i run 25:1... because it has to move me(a load, unlike weedwackers) but it was a bearing... the third bearing that supports the crank shaft... its been replaced a while ago and now is smooth :)
