I love that the laser beam barely effects him, but yet it completely decimates his truck. Apparently the laser is designed for truck-destroying and not necessarily human killing.

It was released by Full Moon Entertainment back in '99. Released on DVD at the end of '03.

Ok, so he get's hit by lazers & all it does is knock him down. Then the same lazers blow up his truck. Hmmm, interesting.

Well, yeah. For his first blast he had his laser set to "Knock People Down." The second shot however, he set it to "Blow Shit Up."
See, it's simple...and you thought this movie was just silly. : )
