It is the Strosek Monoblock Wheel.

It is not a GTS. You're right that the GTS had wider fenders. However, this particular one is missing the long reflector strip that connects the tail lights which is also characteristic to the GTS.
Strosek made wide fender kits that mimic the GTS, and in my opinion look better. So it is probably an 87-91 S4 or 89-91 GT.

I wonder if that is one of the latest GTS models because those also had wider fenders but just a bit.

WOW that was a very nice 928. I love they way they look stock but this one was done up nice.

I remember back in 1990 when I was a kid that Strosek had a 928 gt that did 0-100mph in 3.9 seconds. 1100hp! I still cannot find that car.
