UPDATE:
David A Kaye, now 61 years old, is to begin his conditional release from a Baltimore federal correctional facility on monday morning (January 16th). Upon his total release from custody, he will begin a conditional period of 10 years. During that time, he is to have no unsupervised contact with children.
