@Dothd00d actually no the touch screen setting has 2 modes lite and pro.in lite you can choose what moves you would like to perform with the touch screen like hadokens and stuff but in pro you would have to do the moves manually so it's depends on how you want the game

@JoeyNewin you can do the moves the way you want, its not really necesary to touch it
