One protester has powerful message to share and he is rate on target! Big banks all over the world this all happening. This guys passion I know you will are realte to!
We live in an area where elected politicians ignore the needs of their constituents, where the judiciary and police institutions will not uphold the rights of citizens, where the media is afraid to report the truth, where lawlessness abounds and ordinary people are left unprotected and defenseless against the rapacity of a few. The answer to our dilemma is for people of courage to actively help each other. Only if we unite can we succeed. That is the only way. There is no other way. People, stand up!

  • @ledzepy if Obama was running 20 years ago, he'd be a republican--Now, because the republican party has drifted SOO far to the right in just the last 5 years, it would be hard to label him as republican. Even when Bush was in office they werent nearly as psychotic, irrational and dishonest. But looking at policies, Obama is still a republican. You cant take a crazy stance way to the right and then demand you meet in the middle or your being unfair--thats all the GOP does anymore

  • @pawndominance1 Well, the way you have been speaking in your posts seems like you are an Obama apologist. You repeatedly refer to him as a Republican, yet that is a ridiculously false statement in itself. Yes, he may be likened to a neocon, but to say that he is a Republican would be like saying that Lincoln was a Democrat. It just isn't the case. Anyone who says otherwise is blatantly falsifying the truth. I did see that Daily Show appearance, but I don't see how that proves that he is worse.

  • @ledzepy Yeah the NDAA shit is insane, I dont even know what to say about that but my argument still applies--Obama is a bad option--because hes a republican--hes not even a centrist, hes just a republican. I would love to vote democrat but there wont be one on the ballot. BUT--he is still the BEST option BY FAR. Ron Paul is good until you look at his economic policies: non-sense. If your thinking about voting for Ron--watch his interview on the Daily Show a couple months back-then talk to me

  • @pawndominance1 After NDAA (and the several new attacks on foreign nations and re-signings of the Patriot Act), it's becoming clear that he is nearing a Bush-level of insanity, so if you are really going to try and tell everyone that he is the "only option," then many of us are going to have to assume that you are either closed-minded about voting for anyone other than a Democrat or that you actually like the guy.

  • @FancyPantsElitist You use transportation that runs on fossil fuels though, right?

  • I like this guy a lot

  • just imagine the amount of horrible mining that would go on to support getting all that gold, the environmental impact would be devastating. I'm not sure what the answer is, though, don't get me wrong, but a gold standard wouldn't solve a thing.

  • there's only so much gold, there's probably not enough gold to back up the amount of dollars out there.

  • "We can make differences" Indeed however we still want a piece of that pie - the same pie so we are mere reflections of one another - however it be on different scales - do not want a piece of the pie with them - we must go bake brownies now and not invite them for desert!!!!!!

  • The 20th Century Italian thinkers Vilfredo Pareto and Gaetano Mosca (independently) argued that democracy was illusory, and served only to mask the reality of elite rule. Indeed, they argued that elite oligarchy is the unbendable law of human nature, due largely to the apathy and division of the masses (as opposed to the drive, initiative and unity of the elites), and that democratic institutions would do no more than shift the exercise of power from oppression to manipulation. - Wikipedia
