This video shows a stator housing with 4 magnets, 90 degrees apart from each other. It shows a magnetic shielding sleeve & a rotor with 4 magnets, 90 degrees apart. With the magnetic shielding sleeve in between the rotor & stator, the rotor turns fairly easily. Slide the sleeve out & the rotor wants to realign itself with the stator magnets. Both sets of magnets are mounted in a north, south, north, south configuration. The magnetic shielding sleeve is made of soft iron which is iron that does not retain magnetism after being in contact with a magnet.
It has a designation of C1018.

  • Good design for a magnetic brake or to neutralize or regulate a generator. It will not give you free energy. It might work well with wind or water power.

  • @MrRRW555. Magnetism can make a wonderful brake. There is far more than this tidbit, to get free energy. It is just a pebble amongst the stepping stones of the future.

    Donovan.

  • @MagnetOnlyMotors True, there is much more unknown than there is known. No telling what we'll find in the future.

  • @MrRRW555 I'm looking as far ahead as I can with this stuff. And having fun getting there.

  • Quisiera saber que metal se usa como protector de las ondas magne'ticas de los

  • now show em them titties! err.... uhhh, sorry was watching something else a moment ago.

  • @mangyscavenger Mangy, glad to see some is thinking. Carry on.

    Donovan.

  • I haven't seen anyone shield both the stator magnet and the rotating magnets so the approach is shield to shield, reducing or eliminating the rotational resistance. Once shields pass each other, magnets are open to one another and repulsion drives rotation.
