nagasawake sause or soy sause 30cc
sake 15cc
dried bonito
green onion
seasameoil
材料（２人前）
うどん ２玉
豚バラ肉 １００ｇ
たまねぎ ８分の１個（スライス）
キャベツ ８分の１個（適当な大きさにカット）
きのこ類 お好みの量（あらかじめ茹でた物を使いました）
長澤家の万能つゆ （もしくは市販のめんつゆ） 大さじ２
日本酒 大さじ１
かつおぶし 適量
万能ネギ 適量（みじん切り）
ごま油 適量
