I think your giving too much of the game away and ppl need to EARN their skills.If not you'll have a bunch of snot nosed 13 yrs old suburb kids thinking they are actual "producers" and this has a way of diminishing a artist's hard work.

I realize you have some options shown that I cannot see in my Reason...for example the line tool. Also when I right click on the empty space I'm not seeing the create sequencer track option. Is it that I'm using a different version of reason? I'm using version 4

dont forget u can also create a sequencer track by right clicking the effect, create sequencer for...

an easier way is to do the whole setup like it was shown but when it comes time torecord automation you could just draw it in rather then moveing the knob with the mouse just to be more precise

good point!!... some people like to move the knobs with the groove in real time,.. and some like to draw in all the automation by hand..thanks for your feedback. It really depends on your own style of automation in reason.
