Hey there I have a insulin pump from Medtronic and it has saved my life. I change my site every 5 days but I am supposed to change it every 2 days. The only thing I don't like about it is that it leaves marks where ever I had the site. It does kinda hurt depends on where u do it at on my side it doesn't hurt b/c I pinch the side. My pump is smaller than hers it looks like a pager I can clip it to my pants and where it like a phone and it came with a case for that but I clip it to my bra

You know since you blew on it, you might have blown spit... One thing I was always told when doing my sites is let it dry by it's self.

I used to use the cleo inset but moved to a new one. i dont know the exact name but its round and comes in blue and pink. i think its called infusion 2 inset. and i have the same pump as you, haha. but in black. =D

Ouch, are you using the Cleo stuff? I tried it, but I thought that it was hurting so much! I use Accu Check, mostly because it goes really fast into the skin.

Do you ever add bandaids to stop the site getting ripped out? How much does it hurt, say compared to a shot? Does it itch?
I don't wear a pump but I do wear a CGMS.

yeah, once before. i dont like them all that much cause i have to take them off if i wanna disconnect. but they still work good!
it hurts alittle more than a shot, but its totally worth it cause its only once every 2 days! no, it doesnt itch to me.
ohhh, lucky! i want one, but i dont think i could get one :\
