No matter how old you are, you will never get old enough to drop The Muppets! ;D

@Eternalshadowgamer It's a running gag that's been going on for a LONG time, since before and after "Muppets Take Manhattan" that the Kermit/Piggy relationship is kept deliberately ambiguous. Piggy often claims they're married, but not always. Kermit's response to the question varies. It's been going on since long before Disney -- even in "Muppets Take Manhattan" the famous wedding wasn't a real wedding, but part of a Broadway musical the Muppets put on.

Kermit - Steve Whitmire
Fozzie - Eric Jacobson
It's been this way since Jim Henson passed away and Frank Oz went on to directing.

That's not Kermit. That's not Fozzie. I feel weird.

Somehow Kermit is just not the same without Henson's voice.
I was always very pleased with Steve's performance as Kermit. He had a little trouble at first but since then he's gotten better and made it his own. You gotta give the guy a break. He had some BIG friggen' shoes to fill. You don't think Jimmy MacDonald had alot of pressure when he took over as Mickey Mouse?

As for Eric Jacobson, I think he needs a little more time to work on Fozzie's voice. I have every bit of faith that he will improve in these next few years. I mean, Frank didn't always sound like Frank. If you go back to the Muppet Show season 1, you'll notice that Frank's Fozzie sounded alot like Eric's Fozzie sounds right now. Wait and see guys. I know it's not what we're used to, but in time you'll learn to appriciate it for what it is.
