im surprised it didnt backfire on you. before I got the clutch hooked up on mine, and actually had a load on the engine, it would backfire when I just reved it. sounds great though

What air filter are you using and what Hl is that carb?
Mine is HL 166.
Why the second fuel pump?
Mine will lift and all I am pulsing from is the intake port.
