  • Excuse me for my noob-ness but what is URC Atlas stand for?

  • "URC" stands for "Universal-Rundle Corporation" whereas the Atlas was a tank toilet model sold by Universal-Rundle and later Crane Plumbing following it's acquisition of the former company. And yes, I excuse your noobness.

  • like i said, this toilet is not an Atlas. It has the atlas trapway but is elongated with a different flush, its a Crane Athens

  • I can see where the elongation thing is coming from, but what's the difference between the 2 flushes? Is one, say, louder or shorter than the other? I'm just curious about the difference because they're so similar.

  • I was finally able to get a video of these toilets at a restaurant in Bernardsville, NJ. I just uploaded the videos yesterday.

  • I like This Toilet is Old

  • all public toilets should be universal rundle with the 1.5 gpf. hate those new toilets that scare the crap out of u

  • universal rundle toilets are bomb

  • That's one of quietest flushometer toilets I ever heard.

  • @mrKRW the atlas flushes a full rim in a clockwise way, filling up and then draining out. see: " amazing 1987 URC Atlas toilet at gas station" to compare and see the diffrence. i have one of these at home.

  • I've seen these toilets before in a restaurant in Bernardsville, NJ. I did not Know that tankless versions of these toilets were available from Universal - Rundle. Bofore this , I had seen round front, elongated, elongated comfort height models all with tanks.

  • weird is right!

  • Hm thats weird. I've never seen one of those on a flushometer!

  • Bizzare!
