the real real real reason is becuase Bert as amazing as he is your typical self destructing rockstar hes smelly hes dirty has no shame an alcholic and also a druggie. If you watch the MCR live dvd theres a scene where Gerard wakes up so trashed that he pukes right next to the tour bus. After having a million people see that as well as gerard himself he decided to change for the best and seek therapy.
