@robertkrajnc; This is very interesting and time taking job. I'm working on same kind of idea these days using Honda 125 engine, I will only use the gear box (having choice to shift 4 gears and clutch). I will use it in one of my creation Electric Rickshaw Taxi. See it on Endless-Sphere website. Good luck with your work robert.

I made some rides, but max. speed is too high (over 60 km/h) so acus are for short..
Here is picture of new setup:

Gears was too high and max. speed over 60km/h so 20 Ah 6C empty in 10 minutes.
Otherwise mechanical all working o.k.

If this is the turnigy 130t/v how were you able to attach the gear sprocket to the end? And is the entire motor welded into place? Finally, is this being controlled by a servo tester or radio?

@mtnbike247 on picture there was 3 screws for fixing sprocket but due to high torque sprocket turns on axle on first run. Now I have centrifugal clutch on motor axle-WELDED :)
For control I am using servo tester
