me as a japanese think this as funny. i think it is normal and free to make fun of others since that is a joke.

majority of japanese might find this as being rude...but its just because how they brought up kinda reason, culture.

what i really feel is that japanese people should be more laid back and relaxed, you know:) should be more acceptable to other thoughts which dont fit to yours.

do you know what he was saying in japanese? ( he was imataing people saying its cold today isn't it? yes it is. {its common to here it a rediculous amount of times in cold weather, the same is true for hot きょうはあっすいですね。and what north ameriaca thinks is funny is very different from japan, i m not saying to argue.
