Yeah, A&P sold off some Canadian operations, as well. Profits have really suffered and they are making changes to save the company. They are supposed to convert Super Fresh stores over to the newer A&P Fresh name. I have always hoped A&P would come back to Maryland, their employee owned division Super Fresh is just not the same.

Farmer Jack was good when Borman's owned it... after A&P bought it, the stores slowly devolved into A&P stores that "just happened to have" the Farmer Jack name, colors and logos on them. Ask me who I miss more, FJ or Great Scott!, and I'll tell you "Great Scott!" in a heartbeat.
