also......to successfully have a T16 engine conversion all you need to do is turbo an Mi16 engine......

thats right; regualtions of the old 'B Rally' stated that a certain amount of cars built for rally had to be mass produced....such as cars like the Ford Rs200 where production was stopped because they were too light for the road and were dangerous...an Mi16 is a 2.0 engine...a 2.0T is obviously gonna be faster...its the same size engine but with a turbo.....the T16 road cars were a dark grey and housed the original dimmer kit and vented bonnet.....thanks x

yes you can buy 205t16 for the road, like you can buy 6r4 for the road. its the rules you have to make a number of them for sale!

what is a mi16 explane good i tought it was the same as a 1.6gti

A mi16 is not a 1.6 engine. It is a 1.9 or a 2.0 engine whit 16 valves (16v), much faster than a 1.6 or 1.9! The mi16 engine is from a peugeot 405.

you cant buy a 205 t16, they were only made for the track,
the 1.6 is the better engine.
that 2.0l turbo is a slower engine than the MI16.
and the rallye is a brilliant car. i own 1, its quicker than a 1.6 gti and handles brilliant.
i also own a 205 MI16 and would put it against ure 2.0l turbo anyday lol,
but i will admit it is very tidy and well done

A 205 t16 is also made for the road! not only for the track.
A 2.0 T is not slower than a MI16, topspeed is faster aceleration not. I drove against 3 Porsche's whit 262 bhp and I won!
But the turbo and MI16 are close togetter.

i have never been beaten by a 2.0t, and i have never seen a 205 T16 on the road, only in a museum and that was a rally car.
i have seen a 405 T16 though

For they bild the t16 rallycar, peugeot must bild (I think) 25000 roadcars. If peugeot did'nt bild the roadcars they may not drive and bild the rally cars.
It's the same for the 405 T16. ;)
You have bild a great MI16 engine in your 205!!
