I am a helmsman for a dragon boat team. This view looks very familiar to me. Not trying to put anyone down but that start was horrible. Also towards the end when the back/rockets started to pick up the pace the rest of the boat is supposed to feel it, respond and keep up. Here you could see the ripple effect of the back starting to paddle faster than the front/middle.
