Forgotten Volkswagen Single Cab
Took the syncro for a Sunday drive and spotted an old single cab in the foothills outside Idaho Falls. This is nine hours worth of digging condensed into a 15 minute video. It had been sitting in a wash since 1967. It was buried under two feet of dirt but it's extremely rust free given the circumstances. The drop gates hadn't seen the light of day for 45 years.

OMG.. I would of been so happy i would of wet my pants.lol Its so cool when kids get involved with things like this with their family. YOU FOUND GOLD. We used to use these foir parts delivery trucks at the Vw dealerships i worked at in SoCal. Enjoy the find lucky you.

Killer find and killer vid. I've located 2 buses in fields. One involved pulling out of a ditch and the other needed a bulldozer to make a road through a forest before we could get it out but 9 hours of digging beats both. What are your plans?

How come I cant be the one to find and old bus? If I found a split window I would just die because my life would be complete.

@nmdconceptz We plan on a preservation rather than a restoration. New motor and trans. Keep the paint as is. New shop truck!
