for this you will need a few notes from here if you cant see the video on youtube.

http://hbc.hackmii.com/download/

download the homebrew package from here and then get the wiiload app from there

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.elf\shell\Send to Wii\command]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.dol\shell\Send to Wii\command]
@="wiiload %1"

!slightly modified from twiizers verson!
everything in the [] brackets should be on one line in the notepad the @="wiiload %1" go's on line 2.

in the envirnonment variables its WIILOAD for the name
and the snd box will be tcp:YOUR.WII.ADDRESS.HERE

sorry about the crackling and loud music i didnt even have the music on that loud and my laptop speaks pick up noise from my HDD loading. hopefully you will be able to here me fine tho.

EDIT in the environment vairables you need to add this to the system variables add this to the "path" variable C:/windows/system32; place that at the start of everthing under "path"

  • this is great for FTP and such, but how would you set it up to use a USB Gecko?

I tried setting the variable WIILOAD to COM4, but that didn't work... why?

Does it depend on the usb slot it's in?

  • @hetoan2 this isnt for gecko.... try google

  • Just use SendELF. That way you don't have to do all these steps.

  • yea but with this, you just double click on the file and it sends, no messing with anything else no need for external programs

  • whats the xtension on the document'

  • the wiiload app?, when you move it to &system& folder it has no extention, jsut name it wiiload, if you cant rename the .exe you need to change the option in "folder options" in control panel so that, uncheck "hide known type for files" about 8 down the list in the folder options
