Sulfur for acne is good because sulfur in your diet kills bad bacteria that can grow out of control and cause acne to grow. You can get sulfur in your diet by eating watermelon, bananas, garlic, onions, asparagus and tomatoes. I recommend that you include these in your diet if you can because the sulfur will work to make sure that the bad bacteria in your body doesn't grow out of control and cause acne. By getting sulfur in your diet this will help to begin clear your skin up.

  • what kkind of foods or drinks can i find sulfur in besides epsom salt because it is like a constapation aid or something like that i think?

  • @TheJRmythbusters Fruits and vegetables that are grown in earth (from rain water) have sulfur in them. You can also take Epsom salt which is sulfur. This is great for the hair, skin & nails.

  • Hey. I have been using this sulfur soap called Grandpa's Thylox Soap. What do you think? Its been actually helping. Ive only used it for a week but the pimples have gone down, I havent had a big breakout, and my skin feels much smoother. I mostly have red marks now.

  • @GForce289 I've never used it, I just looked it up though and it's a-ok, I've seen better as far as ingredient quality but if it's working for you then that's good! keep it up! But if you get off it and your acne come's right back then you are just dependent on it and it's another useless product.

  • good video =)

  • mcdonalds, is it natural?

  • @SunKissedBeauty09 I'm familiar with aubrey organics, and that is a pretty good brand... better than most. Also dr hausckha or something like that (not sure how it's spelled exactly! lol) is good too.

  • @Dinuosuo The sugarless chocolate probably has some sort of artificial sweetener that I wouldn't recommend... and flavorings or dye's are not good overall b/c it's just a preservative or chemical that is not natural to the body. Think about what's in nature, and eat closest to that.

  • Hi David, what about artificial flavorings in sugarless chocolate?
