great stuff Pete...my oldest was running in place w/you, my other two eating dinner...dinner and a video, lol...I'm on the couch winding down from the day and this morning's workout, feeling the acid coming on...looking forward to the new vids, no pressure tho, I understand those comp problems too well....also really cool area you live, I bet you can actually feel the history there...my kids really loved the scenery...cheers bud!!

@AdventuresWithDad Cheers Den, the run thing just sprang up impromptu, there's muscle memory for you - doing something connected to a place LoL...hope your eldest kept up with me :-) As you know the lactic thresh hold will get longer as you progress, keep it up m8 then have a well deserved couch chill :-) Comp's still a bit temperamental :-/ Yes gr8 areas near me with a lot of historical vibes.
