This cartoon is old anough and based on old impressions of italian cinema, such like Cinema Paradiso, Noti de Caberia, la Strada and others. Nobody was going ofend italians, on contrary, we (in USSR) where charmed by nature italian soul.

Ehi, aren't Italians supposed to have a lot of self humour... I'm Italian and I find this video very funny! I pity my poor compatriots who get so easily offended. Looks like the sense of ridicolous is lost for the average Italian (as is for the prime minister, which is not quite average...) :)

Don't be offended, italian friends, but all stereotyps based on something real ) Like "fat stupid americans" or "drunken russians", there is a bit of true ) So this animation is rather kind =P
