About the Program: The Employees in Action (EIA) initiative helps to raise awareness of various community needs, gives employees the opportunity to volunteer and donate, and recognizes employees who are active in their community. Since the inception of the EIA program, Investors Group, through the volunteer efforts of its employees, has touched the lives of thousands of Winnipeggers in need. The hands-on leadership of CEO Murray Taylor and the senior executive team has helped the EIA program continue to evolve and grow to be more extensive and inclusive each year.
